Since 2022, Oleksandra has been studying in the combined bachelor’s program at Freie Universität Berlin, majoring in Media and Communication Studies with a minor in Management. During her studies, she gained initial practical experience in creating social media content and digital communication formats. Her particular interests lie in the fields of public relations, strategic communication, and marketing. Since 2026, Oleksandra has been supporting Ummen Communications as a working student in the areas of PR and social media creation.

Max studied German and Communication Studies at the University of Greifswald until 2020. After completing his Master's degree in Organisational Communication, he moved from the Baltic Sea coast back to his original home in Berlin. Max has been working here at Ummen Communications since 2020, where he went through all the stages from PR trainee to public relations consultant.

Magdalena completed her Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing in Poland and went on to study Fashion Design. She gained international experience in film, advertising, modeling agencies, and tech startups, where she managed the social media presence of renowned brands. Since 2025, she has been part of Ummen Communications, where she is responsible for digital marketing and social media, developing innovative strategies to enhance clients’ digital presence.

Elena has been studying Media and Communication Studies at Freie Universität Berlin since 2022. During her studies, she gained practical experience in social media, content creation, and digital communication. Through her work in the radio sector, she developed insights into editorial processes, cross-media content production, and audience-oriented storytelling. Since 2026, Elena has been part of Ummen Communications, supporting the team as a working student in the areas of content, social media, and digital communication. Her focus lies on creative content creation, storytelling, and the development of modern digital content.
